1. What are the benefits for delegates?

1)Attending all sessions of 2-day event, a full set of documentations and presentation PPT authorized by speakers
2)Two days' lunch buffet and refreshments
3)Conference report after event

2. What’s the official language in this summit?
The official language include English and Mandarin, simultaneous interpretation will be available during all sessions. Please exchange earphones on event site with your ID card or other certifications.

3. How to arrive at the event venue?
We will send you the detailed venue information, best routes by email one week before the event date.

4. How can I enter the conference hall?
Please note that 07:30-08:30 on day1 morning is the registration time. You can get your own badge and conference materials by showing your business card on registration desk. Please wear your badge when pass in and out.

5. What are the payment methods and when should I finish the payment? How can I get the invoice?
Normally, credit card and bank transfer are available and the payment should be finished within 10 working days after we receive your registration form. We will send you the invoice by express once we receive your payment.

6. When can the exhibition sponsors set up booths?
We will open the summit venue in the afternoon of 4th, Dec for exhibition sponsors to set up booths. More details about the booth area will be send to you before the event.

7. I have already registered to attend this summit, but I can’t attend because of some emergencies. What should I do?
If emergency happens, please inform organizing committee at least one week before the event date, you can delegate your colleague to attend or reserve your attendance to next year’s summit. We will post you this year’s conference materials
